You asked for Vaxcert Update Request Cancellation.

Response to Request

Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records and/or cancellation of request is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
If you need to cancel request, you may just diregard it or kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to let you print your vaccination certificate.

Your right to request a review
