HI! I'm John Leonard Tamang and want to cancel my update request for my VaxCert made thru online. I already went to our municipality to update my vaccine details personally but when I tried to check again my Vaxcert in the website. It shows again this: 

Your Update Request is still in progress.

And I can't get my Certificate.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records and/or cancellation of request is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
If you need to cancel request, you may just diregard it or kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to let you print her vaccination certificate.

Your right to request a review
