VaxCert Edit Request - Include 1st Booster Shot Data

Requested from DOH by E. Ver at 05:09 PM on Jan 25, 2023.
Purpose: Travelling overseas on February
Date of Coverage: 12/09/2022 - 01/25/2023

Ver 05:09 PM, Jan 25, 2023

Good afternoon po!

When will the records be uploaded for the vaccination that happened last December 09, 2022 at Kalabash Center, Sampaloc, Manila?

We tried getting a VaxCert from the VaxCertPH website and it still shows no record found for my booster shot. I have submitted an edit request via the mobile app and it has been 2weeks now since the request was made.

The certificate is needed po for travelling overseas. I have sent an email to their email address as well.

I am hoping for your immediate response and assistance with this matter. Thank you and God bless!
