Greetings!

I would like to request information regarding pediatric patients with congenital heart disease. 

1.  Cases of pediatric patients with congenital heart disease.

2. Mortality rate of congenital heart disease patients.

3. Any supporting document / data about children with CHD

4. Any data about the oral health status of children in the country 

This is for my post graduate research regarding the oral health status of children with CHD patients.

For items 1 & 2, please be informed that we only have diseases of the heart posted at the FHSIS annual reports posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials . 

For item 3, kindly specify which data about children are you referring to?

For item 4, what oral health status do you need? Again, the oral health data we have is on the FHSIS annual reports
