Hi,

Me and my wife received our booster shot last Feb 15, 2022 and Feb 14, 2022 respectively on Pasig Megaparking 2. May we please ask for the Lot number of the Pfizer vaccine issued on those days on Pasig Megaparking 2? 

This detail is needed for acquiring the COV 19 ICV vaccine certificate from BoQ.
