You asked for Statistics of Dialysis Patients in Davao City.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. We can only provide the list of DOH accredited dialysis clinics posted at the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/?page_id=154

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information for as we do not collect data on dialysis patients. 

Your right to request a review

David, Chair of Data Governance Oversight Committee/ DOH Central Appeals and Review Committee, at foi@doh.gov.ph.
