Hello po. Request ko lang po na paki update naman po ng information ng vaccination ko. Di po nakarecord ang second dose ko sa system niyo. Nawala ko po ang vaccination ID ko recently kaya hoping na makapagdownload ako ng certificate sa website niyo, ang problema naman hindi showing ang second dose. Paayos naman po ASAP for employment purposes. Thanks.

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please be informed that the encoding of
vaccination records is done by the concerned
vaccination center. If your vaccination record is
unavailable, the record may not have been
uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information
Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination
center.
For further assistance, you may call the Vax Cert
Customer service Hotline. Here are the contact

Kindly coordinate also with the LGU where you
received your vaccination and request for
assistance to generate your vaccination
