Hi! I would like to ask for a follow up on when my vaxcert will be updated. I sent a request to have it updated last Friday, January 20 since I will be using it for international travel on Feb. Here are the details of my request:

It’s been 5 working days since then and the status of my request is still “Open” so I decided to call the number given, 88-7614-88 but it said that the number is only available from 8pm hence, I sent an email to vaxcertsupport as well. 

Please let me know the earliest date it can be updated. Thank you.

You asked for Vaccine Certificate.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
If you want, you may kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. 
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.
