Gooday mam/sir,
As I requesting my record on my vaxcert, may 1st and booster are no record found. their are no still no feedback coming from LGU CALAMBA AND STA ROSA LAGUNA, all the needed supporting documents are already submitted but up to this moment the said LGUs are still no feedback, vaxcert hotline tells that it just 48 to 72hours to be updated but as u can see my request is almost about 3weeks i kept on calling them but still their are no feedback from the said lgu's. May ref no. Is 1428237/1428238. Please do help me as my flight is on nextweek july 9. Thankyou and best regards.

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.

For further assistance, you may call the Vax Cert Customer service Hotline. Here are the contact details:

Kindly coordinate also with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. Thank you.
