While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that our office does not collect data being requested. All data being gathered are published at the FHSIS annual reports and Philippine Health Statistics of the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials

Disease surveillance reports are posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/statistics
