I would like to have an update about no record found in my vaxcert. I recieved my 1st and 2nd dose outside the Philippines  and got my booster shot here and I already uploaded all the necessary files needed to be upload and I tried many times to get a VaxCert,  months has passed I didn't recieved any emails. How will I get my Vaxcert? Thank you

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 


Please be informed that the encoding of
vaccination records is done by the concerned
vaccination center. If your vaccination record is
unavailable, the record may not have been
uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information
Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination
center.
For further assistance, you may call the Vax Cert
Customer service Hotline. Here are the contact

Kindly coordinate also with the LGU where you
received your vaccination and request for
assistance to generate your vaccination

Your right to request a review
