Sana po matulungan nyo ako, Naka still on progress parin po kasi yung request ko sa Angeles City. Ref. ID 1862007
Name. Regine Hindi ko po maopen yung vaxcert ko kasi hindi papo nababasa ng Angeles yung request ko, Kailangan po nilang i closed yun para po ma open kona ulit at makuha yung vaxcert ko. Ganun lang po, Kailangan lang pong i close ng angeles City LGU yung request ko. Naka encode naman po yung first booster ko, Namali lang po ako ng Address na nalagaymatulungun Angeles city pampanga po kasi nalagay ko na dapat ay Mabalacat city po. Sana po matulungan nyo ako.

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
If you want, you may kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. 
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.
