Good day!

Ma'am/ Sir,

I'm Ana Ma. Teresa N. Jebulan a resident of Tabaco City, Albay. I would like to get my Vaxcert but a pop-up message says "Your vaccination certificate is now queued for processing. You may request your certificate again after 10 minutes.". 

This Vaxcert is one of the requirements for my travel to Cebu. I hope it will be granted before July 5th as I will be traveling on the 6th. Waiting for your response. Thank you and God bless!

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.

For further assistance, you may call the Vax Cert Customer service Hotline. Here are the contact details:

Kindly coordinate also with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. Thank you.
