Good day, I would like to request the following information for my retrospective research: 

1. Total number of rabies cases in the Philippines per year from 2018-2021 
2. Number of Animal Bite Centers in the Philippines
3. Top 10 Regions with the highest number of rabies cases per year
4. Budget allocated to the rabies program by DOH per year
