April 18, 2022 Dear Leandro Saban, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 15, 2022 04:47:20 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for RT - PCR Test. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please be informed that test results may not be requested from and released through the FOI portal as this constitutes a violation of the Data Privacy Act. Release and dissemination of the requested results is prohibited because it contains personal information of patients not for public consumption. For follow ups regarding the results of swab tests, the testing center which conducted the swabbing would be the appropriate office to address this request. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C.
