March 17, 2022 Dear Dominic Alfred Besa, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 10, 2022 10:40:08 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Scientific data for IATF to create "No Vax, No Ride" policy. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please be advised that the DOH did not implement a "No Vaccination, No ride Policy" during 2021. Said "No Vaccination, No Ride Policy" is pursuant to a Resolution of the Metro Manila Council urging Metro Manila Local Government Units to enact their respective ordinances on the enhanced restrictions of the unvaccinated individuals to regulate their mobility in the National Capital Region. As such, we are of the position that the Department of Health is not the appropriate agency to respond to the said request For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C.
