1.) An updated list of the leading cause of mortality in Regions I, II, III
2.) Hospitals in Region III and their respective bed capacities

1.) An updated list of the leading cause of mortality in Regions I, II, III
- The causes of mortality are found at the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) annual reports that is posted at the DOH website:  https://www.doh.gov.ph/publications/serials

2.) Hospitals in Region III and their respective bed capacities
- Attached is the list of DOH List of Licensed Level 2 and Level 3 Hospital with Ambulance. For more information, visit the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/
