July 1, 2022 Dear Jessie James Wacangan, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 13, 2022 11:29:32 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Data on the WCPU of La Trinidad, Benguet. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, we were informed that our DOH Regional Office CAR Surveillance Section is not the custodian of such data as the Province of Benguet through the Provincial Health Office (PHO) is the proper repository. Upon verification too with PHO, we were informed that they also do not have the data with them and in turn also endorsed the FOI to the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station and will be updating once data is available We also advise you to coordinate with the La Trinidad Municipal Police Department at https://latrinidad.gov.ph/programsandservices/offices/la-trinidad-municipal-police-station-ltmps/ for this data request Thank you For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help.
