You asked for Summary of Outpatient in Region 3.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. 

Our DOH Regional Office 3 is primarily handling hospital operations management without being particular to outpatient census and the like. Hence, we cannot take further action on your request.
