Your FOI request is approved. However, please note that as of the moment, this office is only able to provide you regional level data on malignant neoplasm. You may view this in the Philippine Health Statistics at https://www.doh.gov.ph/publications
We are also sharing with you the link to the list of DOH accredited hospitals together with their corresponding levels for your reference.
