I refer to my letter of May 23, 2022 06:33:15 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Program policies and guidelines.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

As per DOH Administrative Issuance guidelines, Department Memorandums are internal for DOH employees only unless this will be approved for public dissemination by the DOH office concerned. Hence, we will seek approval for release on your request for copies of DM 2017-0353, DM 2015-0309 and DM 2014-0112 to the Disease Prevention and Control Bureau. 

In this regard, can you specify to us what is your research about and the purpose of this research?
