Good day!

Ma'am/ Sir,

I'm Rainy Anne Pico Bondoc ,a resident of Carael Botolan Zambales. I have a concern about Vaxcert, I would like to get my Vaxcert thru online but it always comes out like this "Your vaccination certificate is now queued for processing. You may request your certificate again after 10 minutes." It's been like that for a few weeks. 
These Vaxcert is one of the requirements for my travel to Thailand. I hope it will be granted and notice my request. Waiting for your response. Thank you and God bless!
