Hello,

I am writing to request your assistance in obtaining my updated COVID-19 certificate. I am currently in Canada and need to obtain my certificate online. I recently updated it to include my missing vaccine dose, but I have not received a response after emailing you several months ago. As an international student, it is a school requirement.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon.
