I updated my record in VaxCert Ph because I have to correct my Middle Name. It's been 2 weeks and even though there's a ticket number, until now there's no changes. I already emailed twice in vaxcertsupport. I needed this for my travel this July, what should I do next to ensure that my request would be responded as soon as possible?

You asked for Update Record/Correction- VaxCert.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. The vaccination record may have been incorrectly encoded in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.

Kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to correct your vaccination record and certificate. Thank you.
