My name was misspelled as Belatico on the website in VaxCert PH as it should be BALATICO.

Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. The vaccination record may have been incorrectly encoded in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
Kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to correct your vaccination record and certificate. Thank you.

Hello,
I need my VaxCert PH for travel purposes. I am already in Metro Manila. My flight is this Friday, June 24, 2022. I was vaccinated at Subic, Zambales. Are there any options without going back to Subic, Zambales?
