HI i would like to inquire about the SRA for the month of March 17, 2020 to Dec 2020
Because im a Hospital Phil health Staff and we are duty for that year non stop, but unfortunately we did not received any SRA, or any allowances that the government that have given to the nurse and doctor and other frontlines?
are we not considered as frontlines even we are the ones that process the Philhealth claims of the covid and non covid patients?

i just want to ask if we are included to that
can we personally apply for it or can we appeal to be included so that we can we receive the benefits that we did no received during that time?
because our employer did not include us?

and also our SRA that we have received is smaller that what should we have received

because on the administrative order no. 36
i only received only 3000+ php, because we are not included on the list and when the amount that they have get on DOH are more, they just considered us to be given some amount but with the agreement that we should share it to other employees or they will not let us have any amount. so we don't have any choice but to agree so from the amount of 15000 we only received 3000+ only
and on the administrative order no. 42
i only received only 16000+ php
because the forgot to include some employee to the list so to also give the employee that we not listed they also have cut our benefits
that's why i need some help and answers what to do
