I am Emmanuelle Ramirez, a 5th Year B.S. Architecture student from Adamson University, currently taking the course Architectural Design 10. I am conducting an undergraduate thesis entitled "Nature and its People: Redefining  Psychiatric Hospital through Principles of Biophilic Design" that partially needs data to fulfill the course requirement.

May i know the process on how i can acquire a need to construct certificate for a acute chronic psychiatric hospital in tagaytay city?
