March 14, 2022 Dear Frances Lois Ngo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 11, 2022 10:42:37 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for RA 10351 Implementing Rules and Regulations. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. According to SEC. 12. Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 10351 (Sin Tax Law of 2012), The Secretary of Finance shall, upon the recommendation of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, and in consultation with the Department of Health, promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act not later than one hundred eighty (180) days upon the effectivity of this Act. We regret to inform that the DOH does not have a copy of IRR of RA 10351 and we request that you coordinate with the Department of Finance (DOF) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) for this request For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help.
