Dear Sally Clakr,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 27, 2022 09:29:48 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Reports of Suspected Adverse Reaction to Covid-19 Vaccines 19 June 2022.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved.

Below are the response from FDA on this FOI request

Please be informed that the data provided and posted on the FDA website are the data that were shared by the DOH and NVOC. It includes reports from various epidemiology surveillance units (ESUs) of the Department of Health (DOH), vaccination sites, hospitals, patients/ consumers, and EUA holders. The details (e.g., date of vaccination and date of death) being requested are not available in the FDA.

Kindly note that these data are just incidental findings. Until the evidence has been established through causality assessment and further investigation, the reported deaths cannot be directly attributed to be vaccine-related.

For the meantime, kindly refrain from making conclusions based on the raw data and insufficient proof presented. We will issue an official report once the evidence is out.
