To DOH,

I spoke to VAXCERTPH contact center agent and they told me that the system is still down for correction of entries. I also sent request to DICT but they cant resolve. We have international travel upcoming and we need the correct VAXCERT. Appreciate assistance to correct the entries.

Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
If you want, you may kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate.
