Your request You asked for LGU Scorecard of Ilocos Sur. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that the 2021 LGU Scorecard in Ilocos Sur is not yet available as it is being encoded and ongoing validation. The Bureau of Local Health Systems Development (BLHSD) has LGU Score card in Ilocos Sur for the previous years in 2020. Kindly send a new FOI Request should you need it.
