Hi,

Gusto ko lang malaman sana if may chance pa ba akong makapagclaim sana ng COVID-19 cash assistance na 1 taon ng wala pa ring update. September 2020 ako gumaling sa COVID at ang alam ko e mayroon lang 3 years ang from the date na nagka-COVID ka to file to claim. Papaano kami makakapag-file kung until now walang update kung kailan uli pwedeng mag-file? Sa September, 3 years na simula nung naka-recover ako pero hindi pa rin ako nakakapag-file ng cash assistance claim. Papaano po ang gagawin ko? Salamat.

    -The Employees' Compensation Program (ECP) aims to provide disability or death benefits due to work-connected sickness or injury; 

    -ECP covers all civilian employees in the government with GSIS coverage including uniformed personnel and all compulsory members of the SSS;

    -SSS serves as implementing agency of ECP in the private sector whereas GSIS implements the ECP in the public sector; the Employees' Compensation Commission (ECC) serves as appeal and policy-making body of the ECP; as implementing agency in the private sector, the evaluation of EC claims resides in the SSS; 

    -EC benefits are distinct and separate from SSS and GSIS benefits; 

    -EC cash assistance serves as accessory benefits to EC disability or death benefits due to work-connected covid19;
