Hi, I would like to request the following information of Solar Philippines Tarlac Corporation in relation to its application for PSA approval filed with the ERC with case no. 2017-094RC:
(1) D/E ratio
(2) breakdown of project cost
(3) breakdown of O&M cost
(4) justifications of the proposed amounts for each component of project cost, fixed operation and maintenance
(5) easement and right of way agreement
(6) right of way lease agreement
(7) breakdown of general and admin expenses

Per ERC Order dated 26 February 2019 on the case, the ERC denied confidential treatment of the items above.
