On behalf of our client CHEVRON PHILIPPINES INC. (the “Company”), we are requesting from your esteemed office three (3) certified true copies of Memorandum of Understanding signed on January 20, 1970, with Air Services Agreement Between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Government of Japan. This request is made in relation to the Company's administrative and judicial claims for refund of its unutilized and excess input value-added taxes related to its zero-rated sales/receipts for the years 2019 and 2020.
