1) I & 11 other officers & employees of SBCorp would like to clarify whether the agency can grant us ERI as we are wanting to voluntarily separate from the service and given our submitted letters of interest to our HR.  2) May we clarify if EO Section 13 can be a legal basis for such grant considering that GCG classed us as Grade 17 Category 2&3, Tier 5, which we believe, also constitutes a mandatory action and is consistent with RA 10149 Section 5a (GCG mandate); and 3) If we can invoke Section 13 of the EO 150 as legal basis, can we request GCG for a written reply of affirmation on this

We refer to your letter of Apr 26, 2022 05:25:16 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for EO 150 Sections 12 & 13 Re Grant of ERI and Separation Incentive.

You may send a copy of your government-issued ID to integrity_div@gcg.gov.ph. Upon receipt of the complete requirements, we will then evaluate and process your FOI request.
