Hi! I would like to request data of reported cases of Tuberculosis from January 2013 to December 2018 in the province of Laguna, particularly:

1. Patients' demographics (sex, age, location, etc.) 
2. Wether the patient avail the DOTs program or not
3. The period the patients underwent the treatment and wether they survive or not
