On behalf of my research team, as a Medical Biology student, I would like to request the following information in both rural and urban places in Laguna:

1. The number of reported cases of Asthma in children and adolescents including other allergy-related diseases such as but not limited to:
a. Eczema
b. Allergic rhinitis
2. The number of reported cases of parasitic infections (helminthic infections) in children and adolescents.
