Hi Ma'am/Sir,

Good Evening!

I would like to seek for your kind assistance if you could help me through cash assistance on any amount heartily given. 

I was a Covid-19 Positive patient from the period of August 16, 2021 - September 1, 2021. Eventhough I had surpassed the desease, financially I had struggle since I am the breadwinner of my family. 

I had no father already who pass last 2018 due to liver cancer, my mother and sister had Diabetes and are already maintaining medicines and suppliments for it. I also have a highschool sibling that needs my support.

Thank you to your letter. With regards to your request, our hospital is not providing cash assistance for Covid positive patient instead you may avail or medical services through the assistance of our Malasakit Center through telephone n. 924-6101 local 1041.
