Hi, I would like to request for the following information. I am a legal researcher working for a Philippine GOCC which plans to conduct RT-PCR testing for all our employees. We need the following information in order to determine the procedure in procuring RT-PCR swab kits and if public funds can be accessed therefore.

1. What is the procedure in procuring RT-PCR swab kits.
2. May we request for government funds in procuring RT-PCR swab kits.

1. Prepare your procurement documents indicating the RT-PCR Swab Kits and process them in accordance with R.A. 9184 on procurement.

2. Funding request should be coursed through the DOH (Department of Health).
