Hi, i would like to inquire the owner of  Tax Declaration No. 05-001-01913 lot no. 6479-A located at Poblacion I, Bauan, Batangas.  IAM THE LEGAL DAUGTHER OF THE LATE FILOMENO A. AGUILA JR. his brother is asking me to sign a SPA TO give the Attorney Infact a 
full powers and authority to sign and execute the DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, DEED OF PARTITION, Earnest Money Agreement, Conditional Sale, Memorandum of Agreement, Acknowledgment Receipt, Special Power of Attorney, and/or any document necessary to partition and sale of a said parcel of land.
