I would like to inquire the Tax Declaration No./PIN:  133-00-018-04-085, TD no. 2000-018-00313, Title no.: O-13253 (1172) and Lot no. 4788 under Mr. Fermin Abadilla located at Ilayang Dupay, Lucena City, Quezon Province. Grand father of my Father in law. I, in behalf of my father in law requesting the above Tax Decleration and Lot no. for the Details of the Decree or Owner Certificate Title like name of this person and decree number. We asked City Assesor & Registry of Deed but their records only shown the title no. and no details due to burned of records happen. Thank you

I went to City Assesor and Registry of Deeds as well but the said document are not found and as per their records, It was burned and only at LRA can give the details for the Lot.
