Hi! Can you confirm if the names below are the land owners of the following properties and provide the title numbers?

1) 1475 Herrera St. Corner Severino Reyes St., Sta. Cruz, Manila
Under the name of Arnel and Grace Buenaventura

2) 2242 Severino Reyes St., Sta. Cruz, Manila
Under the name of Arnel Buenaventura and Grace Buenaventura

This information will be used to verify if my mother (Grace) is still written on the title. I'm requesting this information on her behalf, since she's residing in another country and she doesn't have a copy of the land title.


Our search for titles based on names have long been deactivated. You may go to the Assessor's Office of the Municipality/City where the property is located and request for a Tax Declaration under the name/s of the owner/s. Thank you.
