Original Certificate of Title No. O-28339
At least 3 trace back for RT No. 1974 (3541) and 1973 (3542)

Please request the approved subdivision plan from the DENR. As to the OCT and its traceback, please request the same from the Registry of Deeds where the property is located. Or, use the Anywhere-to-Anywhere program of the LRA if you are in another location/area.
