Hi 

I would like to complaint the developer of Greenwoods Executive Village, Dasmarinas Cavite as they are not responding to our calls and emails with regards to the issuance of my land title.

I paid the full amount last Nov 2019 and until now my land title is not being issued.

I regret to inform you that the concerned developer is not under our jurisdiction to handle such concern like this. You may try to ask assistance through the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board  HLURB.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
