Hi i would like to request a copy of the SUBDIVISION SURVEY PSD-239605
It is located in Barangay Casisang, malaybalay city, province of bukidnon 
Region 10.
It could probably under the name of Licayan, Damiano.
It is bounded by 
WEST: OLD PROVINCIAL ROAD
SOUTH: PSU-10-001689

I ALREADY WENT TO DENR REGION BUT THEY DONT HAVE A COPY..
Because its PSD private survey and very old. They refer me to Lra

I tried verifying this at LRA One-Stop-Shop window 8, the available record for the concerned plan number is located in Dumaguete not in Bukidnon. Still, if you would like to secure a copy for your reference, you may request in person at LRA OSS windows 7 and 8 located at Land Registration Authority, East Ave., cor. NIA Rd., Diliman Quezon City.

Your right to request a review

Hello Zoe,

I really appreciate the inputs you have given. It t appears that the record of Assessors office committed a TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR. 
I went back to DENR REGIONAL OFFICE and with a little bit of luck, i found out it was PSU 239605 NOT "PSD-239605.

Now that i have the right SURVEY PLAN number
PSU-239605 
G.E : CAYETANO B. DURBAN
CLAIMANT: DAMIANO LICAYAN
Area: 6,022 sq m

MAY I KNOW IF
1.) THERE WAS A CERTIFICATE OF land TITLE ISSUED on this survey? Or was there any titled issued of this particular lot mentioned on the survey plan? 
2.) Was it issued to Damiano Licayan?
3.) If not him then who?
4 ) what is the OCT/TCT NUMBER?
