Please note that we can only trace by title number in our database.

Kindly request a copy of the tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case there are no details provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.

You can try our General Name Search option by completing the needed requirements as per LRA Circular Nos. 19-2012, 14-2017, and 21-2015.

Your right to request a review
