This is to request for the following copies of Approved Survey Plans for PSD-00-035457 located in Nort Caloocan City. If such plan does not exist, can i ask for certification that this plan is not in LRA records? This again is for research and verification purposes.

Kindly request a copy from the Regional Office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) where your property is located.
