You asked for Maura A. Crisostomo.

Response to Request

In order to proceed for the titling process, you need to verify first if the property has a title already (you may check through tax declaration at the portion OCT/TCT/CCT) if no details found, you need to comply the requirements for Lot Status Certification (one of the requirements in titling)  at Window 11, LRA One-Stop-Shop.

Titling can be done through Department of Environment and Natural Resources and or through Court.
