Original Certificate of Title No. 697 in the name of Province of Camarines Sur

Requested from LRA by J. Lazaro at 01:29 PM on Mar 04, 2022.
Purpose: OSG case for the Republic of the Philippines
Date of Coverage: 03/04/2022 - 03/04/2022
Tracking no: #LRA-076783847176

Lazaro 01:29 PM, Mar 04, 2022

Hi, I would like to ask if you have a copy of the OCT No. 697 in the name of the Province of Camarines Sur in the LRA vault?

We asked the local RD, but unfortunately, they said that the OCT was allegedly razed by fire during WW2.

The copy of the OCT is necessary for the OSGs pending case.

Thank you.

Dear Jose Miguel Lazaro,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 04, 2022 01:29:05 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Original Certificate of Title No. 697 in the name of Province of Camarines Sur.

Response to Request

The one who safe keeps the title/s is the Register of Deeds. If they have said that it was already destroyed by war or has no copy at all, there are no means to provide you with a copy. Kindly request a certification from the RD that it has no record and if you still have the original owner's copy of your title, proceed with the process of Administrative Reconstitution. You may contact the Reconstitution Division for further details.
