I went to Registry of Deeds Meycauyan to request Certified True Copy of Title with Title No. RT-50877(T-37166), Ceferino Adriano located at Angat Bulacan,  but they said that RD Guiguinto not transfer the said title to them, when I went to RD Guiguinto, they said that they already transmitted the said title to RD Meycauyan. I also went to LRA QC main but they said that this is not available to their system.

Contacted the client though phone call and instructed her to follow-up directly the copy of transmittal of the concerned Registry of Deeds.
